Checking…Approved care and logistics follow-ups become Linear issues for the team you choose.
It can
- Search your issues so the agent does not draft a duplicate
- Create an issue, only after you click Approve on a draft
It cannot
- · Edit, close, or delete issues
- · Comment, assign, or change settings
Pastoral and private matters are never filed in Linear. They go to the pastor’s review list instead.
Google Calendar
Checking…Approved visits and calls with a day or time become events on the calendar you choose.
It can
- See when the chosen calendar is busy, so drafts land in free time
- Add an event, only after you click Approve on a draft
It cannot
- · Read event titles, details, or guests
- · Invite or email anyone
- · Edit or delete existing events
Events have no guests, so Google sends no invitations. Pastoral and private matters never become events.
